awful sofa bed faint smell

I was initially impressed with the place, it seemed well-kept. however, the 'studio apartment' felt cramped. the sofa bed was awful. it had springs digging into my back. I barely slept the whole stay. the room also had a faint smell of dampness. i found it a bit off putting.

Our two-bedroom apartment felt huge and very clean. the grounds include a beautiful fireplace in the hall. the staff were friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the fast check-in process and clear instructions.

the gym's equipment needs an upgrade. a couple treadmills were out of service.

mixed feelings about my recent stay

missing bath slippery pavings

the apartment was spacious and had everything i needed for a short stay.

to make matters worse, the indian pavings outside became dangerously slippery after a rain shower (someone could easily get hurt). i think a jet wash is seriously needed to sort that out.

the studio was super clean. it was spacious. it had home comforts i needed. the location was also perfect. they really have thought of everything to.

the apartments are lovely. we booked a room to accommodate six people. one person didn't come yet there wasn't a suitable bed for the fifth person. my fourteen year old had the worst night's sleep on a broken sofa bed.

I stayed in a Studio Apartment. The grounds were well maintained. I found a playground for children. The leisure center had a good-sized pool and jacuzzi.

The lighting around the grounds was inadequate at night.

The room felt pretty dated. The furniture looked old and worn. The bathroom wasn't clean ENOUGH. I also noticed a strange smell in the hallway. The overall experience was just okay. Nothing special.

poor soundproofing unacceptable noise

The apartment was recently refurbished, thus it was super clean and well-equipped.

The lack of soundproofing proved unacceptable. Children ran around the apartment above from 7 AM. The noise continued past 9 PM, completely ruining the peace. I spoke to reception, but they were unable to resolve this issue.
