The apartment was recently refurbished, thus it was super clean and well-equipped.

The lack of soundproofing proved unacceptable. Children ran around the apartment above from 7 AM. The noise continued past 9 PM, completely ruining the peace. I spoke to reception, but they were unable to resolve this issue.
